Pricing Questions
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fees, no hidden costs. The price you see is what you pay.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Our monthly membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with notice. Class passes have a 3-month expiry but no contract.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Monthly unlimited members can freeze their membership for up to 2 weeks per year for holidays or injury. Just let us know in advance.
What if I miss a class I booked?
No problem if you cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged depending on your membership type.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Absolutely. You can change your membership level at any time. Just contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Do you offer student or senior discounts?
We occasionally run promotions. Contact us to ask about current offers.
Can I share my class pass?
Yes! The 10 class pass can be shared between two people (couples, friends, family). Just book under the pass holder’s name.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, bank transfer, and Revolut. Monthly memberships are set up via direct debit or recurring card payment.
