Founder & Head Coach

Anthony is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness coach with a passion for helping people discover what they’re capable of. His coaching style is encouraging, practical, and focused on long-term results.

Before opening AH Fitness, Anthony spent years working with clients one-on-one and leading group sessions. He saw how powerful the right environment could be — where people feel supported, pushed, and genuinely excited to train.

That’s what AH Fitness is built on: a space where everyone, regardless of fitness level, can work hard, get stronger, and be part of a community that cares.

How AH Fitness Started

AH Fitness was born from a simple idea: training should be effective, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone. Too many gyms feel intimidating or impersonal. Anthony wanted to create something different — a place where people actually want to show up.

Starting with small group sessions and personal training, AH Coaching built a reputation in Limerick for results-driven programming and a welcoming atmosphere. As the community grew, so did the vision.

Now, at our home in East Link Business Park, AH Fitness offers structured group classes, personal training, and a thriving community of people committed to getting stronger together.
