Common Questions

What if I’ve never trained before?

Perfect! This challenge is designed for all levels. Anthony will scale every movement to your current ability. Many of our best success stories come from complete beginners.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. The goal is 3-4 sessions per week, but if you miss one, just get back on track the next day. Consistency matters more than perfection.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. You’ll get simple, practical nutrition guidelines — not a complicated meal plan. Focus on whole foods, adequate protein, and staying hydrated. That’s 90% of it.

What equipment do I need?

Nothing. We provide all equipment. Just bring water, a towel, and yourself.

Can I continue after the 6 weeks?

Absolutely! Most challenge participants transition into regular membership. You’ll get a special offer at the end of the challenge.

What’s the refund policy?

If you attend 18+ sessions, follow the program, and don’t see improvements, we’ll refund you fully. If you attend fewer than 18 sessions, refunds are at our discretion based on circumstances.

Will this be too hard for me?

The beauty of group training is that everyone works at their own level. You’ll be challenged, but never overwhelmed. Anthony adjusts every workout to your ability.

What if I can only make 2 sessions per week?

You’ll still see results, but 3-4 sessions per week is recommended for optimal progress. If your schedule only allows 2, this might not be the best fit.
