We run group training sessions throughout the week with options for early birds, lunchtime warriors, and evening trainers. All classes are coached by Anthony and limited to small group sizes for quality coaching.

Your first class is free. Just book a trial session below to get started.

Personal Training Availability

Personal training sessions are available by appointment throughout the week. Sessions are typically offered:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Sunday: By arrangement

What to Expect at Your First Class

Arrive 10 Minutes Early

Come a little early so Anthony can introduce himself, show you around, and answer any questions.

What to Bring

Water bottle, towel, and athletic shoes. We have all the equipment you’ll need.

What to Wear

Comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in.

All Levels Welcome

Every movement can be scaled to your fitness level. Anthony will guide you through modifications as needed.

No Intimidation

Our members are supportive and welcoming. Everyone remembers their first day and wants to help you feel comfortable.

Questions Welcome

If something’s unclear or you’re not sure about a movement, just ask. That’s what we’re here for.

Booking Policies

  • Cancellation: Please cancel at least 4 hours before your class starts to avoid being charged
  • Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late entries may not be permitted if the warm-up is complete
  • Class capacity: Classes are limited to ensure quality coaching. Book early to secure your spot
  • First class free: Your first trial class is completely free with no obligation
